Pat was born in Los Alamos New Mexico but spent most of her “growing up” years in El Paso Texas. More than 30 years ago, Pat returned to New Mexico and has enjoyed the cultural richness as well as the breathtaking natural beauty that is New Mexico.
“I feel like I have always just clicked with New Mexico, the hiking, the scenery and the beautiful diversity of the state”.
Her connection to the southwest has always been something she has treasured. Helping her many clients with their real estate needs was a natural extension of her respect for the land and the cultural diversity of the state.
Since starting Real Estate career 26 years ago, she has garnered a great deal of recognition and many awards including:
Westside Office Top Listing Broker (1995-2009)
Westside Office Top Selling Broker (1995-2009)
Master Club Member (top 5% in consistent productivity)
Top 10 Agent Award (1997, 1998, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007)
Christies Great Estates Top Seller Award (2003, 2007)
During Pat’s years of providing a very high level of service to her customers and clients, she quickly realized that doing more and being a real professional was critical to providing the most to her customers. For this reason, she decided to pursue several prestigious designations in the real estate business. Less than 10% of those agents practicing real estate have these designations.
GRI or Graduate Realtors® Institute requires many hours of study, examinations and classroom hours to complete and provides it’s graduates with the tools necessary to being the best.
CRS or Council of Residential Specialists would likely be the equivalent of a Masters Degree in the practice of real estate. A continuing commitment to education, professionalism, and ethics is required to be a member of the council.
Of Course Pat is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors® and the Realtors® Association of New Mexico. She also holds membership in the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors®.
Top Flight Customer Service:
Experience and recognition are nice, but having a high quality of service where the focus is on the customer is the most important aspect of a successful real estate business.
